For normal hair: apply a sufficient amount of oil to dry hair before shampooing.
Leave for 5-10 minutes, rinse with water and wash hair with shampoo.
For thick hair: after shampooing, apply to damp hair.
Leave for 5-10 minutes, comb through and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
For intensive care: apply the product before and after shampooing as described above.
