Return Conditions:
You can return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been used
- The product is in its original condition and retains its consumer properties
- All seals, tags, and packaging are intact
- You have the receipt or cash register receipt
How to Process a Return:
- Contact our customer support
- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Send the product back or bring it to the store
- Receive a refund within 10 days
Refunds:
- If paid by card - refund to the same card within 10 days
- If paid in cash - refund in cash or via transfer
- If paid by e-wallet - refund to the wallet
Non-returnable Items:
- Personal hygiene products
- Items with damaged packaging
