Returns and Exchanges

We carefully check each order before shipping. However, returns or exchanges are possible in the following cases:

  1. Manufacturing defect. If the received item has a manufacturing defect.
  2. Order fulfillment error. If you received an item that does not match your order.

In the specified cases, we will carry out a product exchange or refund.

Return Conditions

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • It is advisable to provide photos of the item and packaging to confirm the issue.
  • After confirmation, we will arrange for a product exchange or refund.

Non-returnable Items

Cosmetic products of acceptable quality are not subject to return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The item has been opened or used.
  • The item did not meet personal preferences (texture, scent, shade, etc.).
  • There are no signs of manufacturing defects or order fulfillment errors.
