Returns and Exchanges

Return Conditions:

You can return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used
  • The product is in its original condition and retains its consumer properties
  • All seals, tags, and packaging are intact
  • You have the receipt or cash register receipt

How to Process a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. Send the product back or bring it to the store
  4. Receive a refund within 10 days

Refunds:

  • If paid by card - refund to the same card within 10 days
  • If paid in cash - refund in cash or via transfer
  • If paid by e-wallet - refund to the wallet

Non-returnable Items:

  • Personal hygiene products
  • Items with damaged packaging
